Return Policy and Terms and Conditions
1. Online Purchase
Either at pick-up or hand-delivery, if the products are unfortunately unsatisfactory, an immediate exchange request is accepted.
It is highly recommended to exchange product at same price level.
If price of new product is higher than that of original product, price difference will be charged additionally.
If price of new product is lower than that of original product, we unfortunately will not refund the price difference.
It is allowed to select more than one product for exchange, while total price difference will be handled as above mentioned.
Delivery time: Delivery will be rearranged based on Pick-up and delivery guideline.
An upfront agreement will be signed for each order. The service cancellation policy will be based on the terms and condition on the agreement.
3. Workshop Appointment
20% upfront non-refundable deposit is required for workshop appointment confirmation. Deposit will not be refuned for workshop cancellation.
Change of workshop date is allowed (Maximum change: 3 times; Upfront deposit is valid for one year).
Final remaining payment will be charged on the day of workshop.
If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
